Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 2pm AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEDT will be dispatched the following business day. Please note, on launch days, dispatch times may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes — we appreciate your patience as we work to get everything out as quickly as possible.
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, there may occasionally be delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as courier issues, weather conditions, or logistical challenges. If your delivery is delayed, rest assured that we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
