HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER? 

 

BEFORE LODGING A RETURN, READ BELOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE:

 

For an exchange or return, you have 7 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. You will have the option to exchange the item or receive a store credit. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a store credit will automatically be issued for the value paid for the item. Please note that store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping fees. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: 

 

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

- Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached 

- Items must be adequately packaged for transit, with the return label clearly displayed on the parcel 

 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. 

 

Returns are at your expense, and the item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.   

 

 

If you receive a defective item (e.g., arrives with torn or loose threads), please send photo evidence within 7 days of receipt to info@aleraactive.com. If your claim is verified, you will be offered a replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability, once the item has been received. If a refund is preferred, we will accommodate this for verified manufacturing defects. Other than a defective item as described above, we do not offer refunds. 

 

Items deemed faulty within 7 days of receipt will be eligible for a replacement or store credit. After this period, any issues are considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund, as they are due to external factors rather than manufacturing defects. 

 

To maximise  the lifespan of your items, please follow our care instructions. 

 

SALE ITEMS 

 

- Items marked down 25% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

- Black Friday items marked 30% or more cannot be exchanged or returned. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.
